We have too few people in management who are willing to stand up against those at the very top and their stupid ideas. When there's no pushback, you get the situation we're in today.

Hah the nominations for maxims. Have you looked at the ones in tech? A couple a-s kissers in tech nominated the their own director. It’s laughable.
Nike has degraded itself to value people who can talk about heart surgery are more important than people who do heart surgery. Look at the nominations for maxims - you know who they are.
A company founded on disruption and innovation is now neither disruptive nor innovative. Time to can the old guard. Pirates are needed,who can innovate, without fear of P1ssing off the established fat cats. Purge innovation, purge the NRSL and purge complacent Sr leadership across the board. Embrace disruption once again. Sandy B would be ashamed.

BOD, while you are in the voting mood, it’s time to take a page from Deon’s playbook. Put the entire leadership team in the portal…transfer them out….and rebuild with Allstars past and present to get the program back on track and winning again. Not just talking about the top ELT. You need to go 1-2 layers into the VP structure. Empower more functions than just HR. Do it while they feel the pain of this abysmal stock situation they created after almost 3 years of failed strategy. Get them out!
