Fiserv is in name only. Notice how many original First Data employees have been promoted to high VP positions and others like directors, and many of those are in BH. People in charge of departments they know nothing about, because they work in BH and were with FD. This is one of the reasons why we are failing our clients. It's hard to lead when you are unfamiliar with the business. Many of the company's decisions since last year are opposite of what they preach regarding customer experience. Makes no sense other than to destroy Fiserv!. They must think we are id--ts when they preach one thing and act another!

It's not just BH. We got stuck with one in Alpharetta. Very inexperienced. Just a yes man butt kisser. Adds on to the toxic work environment since we were acquired by First Data.
I’ve never met an OFD employee who likes FB. I feel for them ( not mgmt) they got duped twice by this guy :(
OFD associates hoped FB and his bootlickers would be tossed on their butts when the merger happened. We all hoped this was a chance to get out from under the toxic management at First Data. Unfortunately we all know the clown show of corruption that is still in charge and grifting.
