For the reps still there I feel bad for you ! Many more jobs out there ! Many job offers out there and your still taking those abusive calls!
Happy to look back on this place now and not wake up to take calls for here and customer abuse.
Poor company to work for. Horrible leadership and Hans made it a horrible company and horrible service , that's why the customers and job became horrible. It was once good til hans showed up and service went bad and reps took our jobs overseas.
It's a relief to never hear that horrible greeting go off in my ear before a customer rips me a new a--hole for a previous reps mistake because no one was ever trained the same way or on the same page or because a store rep lied.
It's a relief to be done from VZ . No regrets. Not a thing I miss. I do not miss the people or the job. It was pure he-l to endure daily and stick out.
Paychecks are replaceable. Jobs are always replaceable. You are also replaceable in that company come the next layoff,your just a number . They really don't care.
