I was asked to get in touch with a "career coach" at Capone through a company called Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH) which is owned by Adecco Group. Adecco is one of the largest and "most prestigious" HR advisory consulting firms out there that advises companies for all HR functions. See their website:

I was told by the "coach" that LHH / Adecco created the performance management program for Capone. The competencies we are ranked by such as results focus, customer focus, teamwork, and leadership et cetera during performance calibrations are developed by them for Capone's use. I immediately stopped talking and did not engage that person any more as I was told by the "coach" that if I said anything that was a concern he would tell Capone.
Do Not engage with LLH/Adecco to talk about career coaching they are the same as Capone and are paid by Capone to inflict nightmare performance management onto employees and act as snitches for them.
