Follett, if you ever read this, I just spent rush doing my incompetent (the schools all agree with me on that word) ML’s entire job description while making sub $25k annually, and providing support to my ML, and all of my ML’s stores while my ONE provided temp is making $1 less hourly than I to scratch his head with one hand and pick the corn out of his own sh-t with the other. Way to go, treating loyal employees like the sc-m of the earth. Go f*** your mothers, you greedy rotten spineless supine invertebrate jellies. I’m leaving immediately, and about 4 of your stores will be going down with me in the landslide that ensues as a result of not taking care of the good ones while it counts.

“Suggestions to turn the tide”? Follett Corp. is a tsunami about to take out all (stores) in its path. I know in the group meetings and huddles all we hear is rainbows and sunshine, but I would imagine there have to be MANY managers and team members that are strategically, and for their own benefit, planning an exit strategy. I know i am!
Too bad no one in the tower cares about the conditions in the field. Too bad the stores that produced over the years with loyal experienced staff are looking for ways to bail. Too bad there are just gripes here rather than suggestions to turn the tide. Too bad…
