Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

So confused

Fiserv determined my location where there is no life after Fiserv, and was told together is better, but if I don’t relocate , an inexperienced, REMOTE consultant associate can do my job?

FB and his gangs are acting like 3rd graders. They have no clue how to run a business.

That is exactly what they do. So I was remote for many years and then the merger happened. They decided to eliminate my position because I was remote. They couldn't find anyone with my specific skill set (unique for the antique system) so they came back 2 months later asking me to come on as a remote contractor making almost twice my salary. I did it until I found a better job and then bailed. They make zero sense in the decisions being made. Don't try to apply logic to decisions made by this management because it logic isn't a factor.

Nebraska paid first data move people to move to NE, now original fiserv folks are paying the price.

FB has rarely EVER mentioned Core since he took over. He thinks of it as a cancer to the company. I can only pray banking core sells sooner rather than later.

The core banking business will either be run into the ground (seems likely) or sold. Good luck to all staying at this place because you're going to need a lot of it!

They don't want to run this business. They want to trim it down to bare bone and sell it. Frank Capone was never interested in the banking business. Watch his speeches and notice that he says little about the core banking business. He only cares about Clover and the payment business
