Engagement Survey

Has anyone else noticed how quickly the annual engagement survey has gone by the wayside? BB&T always made a big deal of reviewing the results and identifying areas for improvement. Post MOE, SunTrust leadership doesn’t seem to value those opinions.

survey results just came out, 15% drop in trust in the executive leadership. that was before the return to office and most of the RIFs

If you honestly still think the Truist executive team cares if you are happy - I simply don’t know what to say. They could do hourly surveys and it wouldn’t matter. Their actions have made it crystal clear over, and over, and over again they couldn’t care less how you feel - we are a zero to them.

The one positive thing I can say about the executive team is they aren’t fake trying to hide their dislike of employees - they advertise it in everything they do. Anyone still staying at Truist is doing so with his/her eyes wide open. Any part of middle/upper management implementing the executive teams “policies” is just as bad as the executive team. Sad but true.

I had a SunTrust account before I had a BB&T account.

I certainly know plenty of folks that were brutally honest when taking it.

Sure am going to miss those guys.

I haven’t heard a single word about it since we took it. And I certainly know plenty of folks that were brutally honest when taking it.

That’s right about switching to pulse surveys. They said they were going to do them quarterly. Guarantee they won’t do them Q4.

No one in leadership cares about your opinion. If they want you to have an opinion they’ll give it to you (talking points).

No I haven’t noticed that. I have taken the survey and heard results discussed.

They switched to more frequent “pulse” surveys some time ago.
