I have seen so many give so much to this company. Nights, weekends, vacation interrupted. But they did it because they had a passion for this company. Then some no talent NYC tools came in and destroyed it. Folks you have my respect and support

Throughout my career I've talked and joked about not ki-ling yourself over a job. Until i got to fiserv, I didn't take it /literally/, I just thought there was no good reason to wear yourself into exhaustion. Since I've been here I now know of at least two people that I work with that drove themselves to heart attacks (in large part) from the long hours and stress; nearly dying from it.
When people tell you "no job is worth ki-ling yourself over", believe them, they mean it.
And thats just sad for what should be a run-of-the-mill IT desk job.
We are the folks who built this once good company and have kept it afloat through so many bad decisions since Frank took over. This company is not worth my or my families life. Frank has chosen to gut the company of his worker bees. You won’t find a Midwest work ethic in NJ.
