The cores are obviously destined to consolidate in Lincoln. The software is not a ‘one software fits all’. Very few associates will move to Lincoln. Does Fiserv think the Lincoln associates will pick up programming, quality control, research, and support of each of the cores because of their misjudgment? Do they know this is impossible? Sadly clients should convert to another core as quick as they can.

Yes just more proof this is less about employees or customers and more about the company, power,greed, and control. If they cared about employees they would’ve come up with a more creative way to grandfather out remote employees especially those of a certain age. Why go through all that expense to move an employee that’s going to retire in the next five years.
I'm always shocked when I hear someone did move and then I hear they are close to retirement fear of not finding another position with the income they are currently making. Everyone's situation is different and may have to move as much as it pains them.
Sadly that's the point. They want to force us out.
