CVS has someone, Jennifer Bailey, with the title of Executive Director HR Policy, Compliance, Workforce Reduction and Reasonable Accommodations at CVS Health. If someone's title includes the terminology, "workforce reduction," you can be sure there won't just be one set of layoffs. Layoffs will be a regular occurrence for quite some time.
Watch the news about layoffs and economy. When membership declines so do fte's. Invest in yourself and vote. It's about all you can do.
