Heard him myself, gibbons said he was going to talk to 5000, meaning in person or on calls, they include remote, DNA, SF campus, and others. Either relocate or else type thing. Some might be safe for now, but perhaps get them next. Who knows.
There were multiple meetings of 300-500 folks. Based on what I learned last night I think it is around 1700-2000 folks told move or else
It’s more than 400, there were at least 3 meetings of 400+ people told they’d have to move or be severed. The best part though, “work with your manager for details” except managers haven’t been informed of anything. No dates, no $ figures, nothing.
Likely 400 jobs. Saw on Glassdoor 400 people got laid off via Teams yesterday.
