Some are saying 'severance' is an option. . . this is just a layoff without any severance and without any unemployment. . . .YOUR choice . . . you get nothing. . . . we call him Franknserv!!!

If your call is 30 minutes in duration you are safe. If it's 4t minutes you're getting a mass pink slip

I can confirm that the 45 minute call at 11am pst with 400 people is being told to move or be let go.

This will be the final nail in the coffin for an already struggling DNA.

Mostly DNA is on the 45 minute call

I was on the 45 min call which was the required to relocate call. I knew someone who was on the 30 min call which was the "you are safe" do not have to relocate call. No idea the reason at this time. This round seems to be impacting the Financial Institution division. From what I could tell these are implementation and conversation teams. May be more. Lots of people on the calls.

Has anyone figured out the logic for who gets to stay remote and who has to move? Is it job code? If so what job codes?
I heard a rumor that if you were on a NON go forward core product you got to stay remote. Go forward products like DNA had to move. I suppose on the surface this could make sense, but reality is you are sacrificing the very resources that made the product a 'go to product' and the resources to continue that success. If this is true those teams that are already struggling to keep up will be decimated by this move. Go forward products no more....

It was basically a mass layoff meeting. Those on the 11am ET they get to stay remote

Sorry to hear that, do you know if this was all remote people on the call?

Yes. Just got off the call of 300+ people told to relocate or lose their job. Location determined by MGMT. Severance an option for those who don't relocate. Still a lot of unknowns. Sad day for many.
