Quick cost cutting and layoffs won’t address these foundational issues. Can’t spin this.

CVS should have higher standards than other competitors and not allow brand damage or especially patient and customer harm just to quickly make money off a copycat “new” product and cut corners on FDA compliance. No excuses. Shame on CVS. I thought they wanted to build brand loyalty and trust in patient care delivery and services? Do better, CVS!
Walgreens,Walmart. Target. All had a similar private brand product. And it was just a copy of the name brand one that was also recalled for the same exact concerns. Bad on all accounts but..... this is not a CVS did this only situation
I won’t be lining up for health care products or services due to lack of compliance with basic things, staffing shortages and quick shortcut solutions! Not sure how any of what is or will be offered will improve health outcomes.
Instead of playing games bring it up with someone immediately. It got through QC probably overseas or let go or quit. Duh!
It doesn’t matter who approved it, it matters who will be held accountable for the failure. If it’s glorygirl points it will be showcased in a look at me K town hall. If it’s a failure it will be blamed on an anonymous poor process, or more than likely swept under the rug.
That's shocking, particularly the part about the silver compound that is in the product and its danger when used ophthalmically.
