She has presided over a massive loss of contracts in the PBM and unprecedented amounts of waste with respect to consultants and contractors. Shareholders should demand a claw back of her 8 figure bonuses.

Unfortunately, shareholders reward CEO's for conducting mass layoffs by artificially propping up the stock. They don't care about worker casualties. They always want the company to do more with less. In the system of capitalism, the worker is the pawn.
