YEP GOOD FOR YOU. I LEFT THAT PLACE 2 years ago. Best decision of my life. NO MORE SLANGING COOKIES AND CR--KERS. NO MORE SALE REPS! OH, CANT FORGET THOSE BLIND ORDERS THEY PUT IN. AND OH, CANT FORGET THOSE 6 OR 7 PALLETS I HAD TO WORK! AND STOCK UP SHELVES!! WORST !!! FIND BETTER PEOPLE!
This company is a complete joke of a place People like to take words a flip them and turn it into a big thing over nothing and it caused a bigger issue then needs over miscommunication and it’s even worse when DM’s never go out in the field and are worthless and never help yet they want to go after everyone else. RMS are absolutely just as bad and do nothing
Agree. It's been incredibly stressful having to manage 25+ stores. The constant micromanage and nitpicking from mondelez management is the icing on the case to get the he-l out. I'm already relieved by just filling out applications 😊
Change is hard, but the abusive behavior of management towards employees is what makes these new changes unbearable! This organization is gross! Congrats to taking your first steps towards a better life, you will look back and wonder why it took so long!
