That’s not what he said at all. What he said was that the company is changing and as it changes his organization has to change with it. We all like to complain because we want things to stay as it is but that’s not reality. We complain because company is old and stale but we complain when it tries to change. Our bonuses were bad because we ain’t changing fast enough. I say go faster and if people can’t keep up then leave.
ETS stands for?
Sounds like it's time to find other employment. I used to work there and from what I've heard, it's not nearly the place it used to be. Good luck to the people still there, it sounds like it's going to be a rough ride to the bottom.
He said to expect more change and eluded to that change causing more job eliminations. That’s not gossip
"Don’t trust companies that treat people this way. They will lay people off whenever they want to. It’s over when they decide it is over. I don’t agree with this mentality but unfortunately this is the world we live in. Executives have to comprise their integrity- honestly not worth the paychecks they receive. I like to sleep at night.". Right just remember you all just numbers nothing more to Wall Street and when the Second Great Depression hits sooner than later you are better prepared for it.

Nope, Karen specifically said over the next several weeks. Don’t take gossip on here as fact.
