Just curious how teams are doing now that they’ve lost so many. My team was already struggling before they cut 3 of us, I can’t imagine how they’re handling it.

I've already been told I will be moved to a new team with different work, but I also get to continue doing the work I currently do. Seems about right.
The combining and creating of new teams with new roles from the ones still standing will be coming soon. Hold on tight, it's going to be bumpy.
In the dark no communication. Will need to shoulder extra load. What else do you expect from a Tech leadership that has no leadership qualities nor empathy for employees. Will become a sweatshop.
