Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

Anybody else not worried about layoffs?

Right now, it'd be a relief to be laid off.

Layoffs are confirmed but not initiated. Most ppl suggested that it will be big. I can't say that I am not worried at all. Since the wage growth is so minimal here, so these layoffs will only make that low wage remain low for coming years

They could take a few from every group and not have to file a warn notice they decimated mortgage no warn notice

It doesn’t have to be in WARN Database if we get 3 months severance I thought.

There's nothing in the WARN database, ya goofs. Meaning nothing to worry about for 2 months.

I am bit worried since its going to be sudden but considering the long term stability its better get pushed out from firm like this.

Though when they are likely to start rolling it out the layoffs and which departments affected the most?
