Who can be proud of a company that treats their employees like verizon does. Who can be proud of a company that makes its employees pay more for service than getting a line at tmobile. Who can be proud of a company that doeant give its employess customer service like they are 2nd rate customers. Who can be proud of a company that lays off its employees every year in November. Who can be proud of a company that took the best network and reputation in the US and destroyed it. Prouness what a joke!
Watch the 8/16 "Up to Speed" and tell me you don't cringe at the painful use of the word "Proudness" - like it's even a word, and gag on the repetitive use of the new corporate speak" Expectation" - as if that's going to drive ARPU, revenues, and Consumer Gross Adds. Just painful to watch.
