Thread regarding CVS layoffs

does anyone know if our heart at work points can be cashed in with severance?

And the only way you can get points is if your supervisor or higher up in your chain of command gives you recogntion. You don't get anything if a colleague gives you recognition. I've been here for about 5 years and have accrued 5000 points but get recognized 2-3x each month by colleagues. The points accrual is a joke.

I think he’s joking but it’s a way of thanking your coworker for help or calling them out on something they did well. You take the points you accrue and they have a catalog you can buy yourself a gift. When we were still Aetna you could actually get nice things with the points. After CVS took over you are lucky to buy a keychain. 🤣
