Thread regarding CVS layoffs

To my fellow A&BC breathen

Former contractor that used to work in A&BC; laid off in May. I hope those impacted take a week or two to gather thoughts and clear their minds before going on a job search; that really helps. For curiosity sake, how many and what levels were impacted, if you know?

To those still there, your fate is in your hands - either stay and try to make a positive influence. If you can’t for various reasons that is understandable so look for your future elsewhere.

Chiara held a brief meeting for her vertical end of Monday to let us know everyone under her who was impacted had been told. All verticals under Ali were supposed to hold town halls right after his announcement on Tuesday; Chiara did and answered questions from her teams.
I personally know three people under Chiara who were laid off, ranging from Data Scientist to Principal Data Scientist.

A&BC?

Please, let's stop using abbreviations as many people have already stated.

a sr mngr, direct into DG was laid off on Monday. Supposedly all was completed for A&BC on Monday, but no real communication was held other than what seemed like a pre-recorded , definitely cold scripted message from Ali (probably same one used enterprise wide) and just mentioning that Monday was a tough day for all. But none of his directs (at least not for our team) held a f/u meeting letting us all know if we are "safe" this round.
