we still don’t have the all clear on CM unit
I don’t think all of them are 1 on 1 as someone else posted earlier they did a town hall and far individual names of who were affected
Well on Monday our boss said his boss said it was highly unlikely we would be affected because we are workforce management that routes the phones for the call center. But he called a ADHOC meeting for tomorrow at 4p -/ so who knows.
Literally so ridiculous that people are getting meetings put on their calendar with generic descriptions. Is it because they don’t want anyone to have more advanced notice and do something out of anger? It’s just void of the human side of things and overall empathy.
Depends on your department. Once it's done, your manager/ head of department will tell you it's done.

I was scheduled for an all hands meeting on Friday at 11am (IT)
all of IT has been notified already. if you are being let go it would have been a 1x1 meeting. this is likely a meeting to let you know what your department changes are
Ok thanks. Title of meeting was ADHOC meeting. So not sure what that means lol . I hate they schedule more than 24 hrs out to leave all of us wondering will we have a job tomorrow lol.
Obviously yes. 7-9 % have to go company wide by Friday at the end of the day.
