What do they mean with loyalty? You get paid 8hrs a day job, you work 8hrs, what else they want?
We work in exchange for a paycheck every two weeks and then we are even. Nothing more, nothing less.
Loyalty has to be a two way thing, which is nonexistent. WD expects loyalty from us but it doesn’t have any in exchange. It total cr-p for anyone to expect anything more.
If they want loyalty, they should get a dog and leave us alone.
