For any one laid off on salary, are you getting one month of salary for each year worked? Is there a cap on number of years?

The severance offering is less than a month per year. However, other companies offer that.
You wouldn't want to bleed these pigs of there profits would you?
Plus they changed all the timeframes up for tenure in CVS Health so anything before means 0 years.
It's literally available to you. Look it up yourself
The severance package is listed online on your colleague zone. It's based on full years of service and job code. There are four tiers the job codes fall under. So you find your years of service under your job code tier and it tells you how many weeks.
No one is getting a month per year. I've worked here for 20 years and has a tier 3 employee I would get about five and a half months total
