Keep slamming phone adds just like esim and you’ll buy your ticket to being written up. Gotta love the great ideas from our great leaders to add lines instead of upgrading customers phones…it’s all about the mighty phone add.

@Fjud+1o77pYbD I would say I’m surprised but not at all. The best part is these id--ts don’t set it up properly so the cx doesn’t get service. The amount of extra lines I’ve disconnected should hopefully tank their numbers.
Here in Phoenix we are told to put it in a quote. They track add-a-line quotes and promote 3 to 4 lines. $0 additional cost to the customer monthly and we give them a phone. Switch a roo and put esim 2 on a current line or switch the 2 phones. Bo-m. Customer gets a free phone, you get paid and Verizon gains nothing except a ghost line. I'm putting my DM on blast. We have slack as proof. Forget learning your customers needs. Slame it in a quote and show them how to take advantage of Verizon. Dont speak to me about integrity when I'm being DM scolded to cheat the system. We don't even need to coach a customer to cancel a line. Cha-ching $$$
Sounds like socal Cartagena style.
It’s just smoke and mirrors for our customers. In my store here in Texas this new strategy just isn’t working. The new leadership superstructure just isn’t working. It’s almost like we’re getting bullied into pushing the unnecessary to our customers . I believe it’s only a matter of time before dealers purchase more of our locations . The business sure has changed, we are no longer “can u hear me now”
Im sick of being scolded and treated like I messed up when my team hasn’t sold a new phone add. That’s all these supposed “leaders” know how to do, they only know how to make you feel like you are doing something wrong
Working here is like being in an abusive relationship…..District Managers have this knack of making you feel like you have done something bad, Gaslighting at its finest..
Looks like everyone here is missing op point- the new “esim” slam is the free phones they are pushing. Doesn’t matter if they need the line just put it in the quote and throw it in the bag. Sell the new line flip phone to old phone line and have spare line- same shady a-s practice they originally told us for esims.
My understanding is if they don’t use the esim new number. The number will be de activated automatically within certain time so it be count as a chargeback. So it will be pointless to slam esims.
But based on the plan it’s cheaper to have 4-5 lines then 3. Verizon created this opportunity so slamming ghost lines is legit. Can’t wait for individual commissions to come back as I’m going to save customers money and get a boat load of new lines.
who's slamming esim's any more? they cracked down on that a while ago.
I gotta know. How does this improve numbers for any sales person. Does vzw not track worry free returns or disconnects with in a x amount of time
