This is what the major airlines in the US did at the behold Covid. CEO took zero pay for half a year, executive level pay halved. , all employees got a 25% cut but given additional flight benefits in the future. All voluntary early retirees got a very sizable lifetime healthcare benefit package. Couldn’t imagine CVS going through a more dire situation than onset of covid for the e travel industry , but here we are, thousands of us panicking without clear direction of what’s next :(
