Looks like Business Update for most of the COE office tomorrow at 9:30am. Finance, Marketing and Category Managers all on teams call with VP HR, SVP Front Store, ETC). Are people getting laid off in groups or does it primarily seem like 1:1 meetings?

The VP for COE was laid off? Name?
Yes, the HR VP (I believe her name is Janice) was in the Team's meeting as well.
I forgot to mention I work in PBM Finance as an analyst. Those on "the list" appear to have been laid off already on our end. The VP of Finance Operations mentioned there probably won't be a second round of layoffs.
Was that with PBM meeting HR VP and such?
I can't speak for other departments, but for PBM we had a "Business Update" and everyone was considered safe in this meeting. They spoke of layoffs on other teams, but the layoffs don't seem to affect those invited to this meeting. Take it with a grain of salt, but I think this meeting is generally considered a good sign. Don't stress

Center of Excellence. Its the Hispanic division for CVS Ymas, Puerto Rico and Navarro. Office located in Miami.
Whats COE?
For a Healthcare company that seemingly needs experience/education/focus in the mental health segment you would figure they wouldn't have botched this like they did... a-s backwards to say the least and quite frankly extremely unprofessional.
It doesn’t sound like anyone today from these departments was laid off. Surely not everyone is safe. Is this just a meeting to tell everyone to brace for impact? Not like this roll out has made a lick of sense yet
Business Update group meeting has 90% of the COE office on it. All Finance, Marketing and Category Management. VP is not on meeting and neither is Sr. Director. Ad meeting directly after that was cancelled as well. I heard of 1 layoff today, but other than that nothing besides the meeting.
What sections of the COE will be impacted? Does anyone know?
Individual? No doesnt seem it. Group I'm unsure, though.

1:1 if individual layoff. In group if whole department layoff. If just individual layoff then group call means you are safe
