C Band going live

All year we’ve been hearing about how things will change once we could turn on the C band spectrum we bought. Looks like that has happened early.

Will this place us back ahead of other carriers for network superiority? And if so, how likely is it we can start clawing back the customers we’ve lost?

Investing in network improvements can certainly enhance your position in terms of network superiority, which can attract new customers and potentially help regain lost ones. However, success depends on various factors, including the quality of the improvements, the competitive landscape, marketing efforts, and customer preferences. A strong network alone might not guarantee customer return; a comprehensive strategy is needed to win back customers effectively.

Statistics prove that once a customer leaves, they never come back.

Another Hans over- promised under-delivered product. This is why TMUS beats VZs backside up one side of the spectrum and down the other. It did not used to be this way.

30% or less phones have c-bans capability. For those that cared about speed and coverage have left and not coming back.

One 4g tower has the same coverage as 10-20 c band towers. But guess who isn't building more towers and just piggybacking c band onto existing towers? The c band coverage is bad and drop out if you are driving or walking.

Cband has a lot of speed capacity but the signal does not travel far and doesn't work indoors.
