The only positive in the paperwork is if you have age and years of service you can look at the Group Retiree health plan in place of COBRA or the exchange.

The only retirement options they offer is if you have so many years with the company (or started working with them after a certain age) you are allowed to keep your CVS discount card.

No. People are not getting retirement packages. Ever. Unless you’ve been at CVS since a very long time.
CVS does not offer any retirement program to anyone. Doubt they'd start one now. You do get to keep your cvs store discount card for life though
If over 40 and laid off you get to…keep your extra care discount— true story.
