This management team has tilted everything in their favor. They ask for sacrifice from everyone yet somehow they are the only ones who reap the reward, Bill's raise is objectively wrong, without any pain or responsibility for their failure. There are 50,000 failure points people. Quit. If you quit, help the people left behind. If you can't quit, take the American Airline pilot approach. Bill cannot man the teller line. Use a new paperclip everytime, Truist requires only the best. Blow the whistle. Tell your friends, family, and anyone who will listen not to trust the beast. There something we all can do no matter how small it counts. Eventually SunTruist will fall under the weight of its corruption and lack of productivity.

DEI department is a waste of money! Plus the leadership team is 5 black females, 1 black guy, 2 Hispanics and 1 white guy. DEI… what hypocrisy and par for the woke course this bank has become.
