If UPS can do it with gas costs and all other costs incorporated, I believe it's time for verizon to do the same for their reps. Otherwise UPS is looking pretty good.

I myself made roughly 38 an hour as a retail sales rep last year when factoring in my commission. I am in a successful store, and made a decent paycheck. I dont know what all of you on here are complaining about.
To the person thinks that reps should be paid 80.00 per hour, that is 160k per year lol before benefits and 401k. Delusional that retail reps thinks they deserves to be paid top 10pct of all earners.
Lol, UPS Drivers actually work and not play with their phones on tiktok all day. They have to handle heat, traffic, lifting, not chill and talking about Jordans and some looking like they just rolled out of bed. And look at the details, its not all drivers pulling in that.
This is what CWA gets you...

You id--ts think the delivery drivers are getting that lmao. It’s just the long haul truckers. You know the ones driving the huge tractor trailers full of sh-t on highways. Which is way more difficult than you clerks “would you like a case for the phone you ordered online?”
God retail reps are so d-mb.
I think the main difference between UPS and Verizon Wireless is UPS workers are .........
U-N-I-O-N. Think about that for a minute.
Loading a truck is much easier than explaining to your grandma that her Facebook wasn’t hacked.
Peace, just got hired at UPS. Their culture is rocking.

They’ll have robot delivery soon enough for the few that can afford anything at the time.
Ups delivery people can demand money cause they can’t be replaced by an overseas person while a rep can be replaced by anyone anywhere. Stop overvaluing yourself. Reps are important but not that inportant. $80 is outrageous. $30 is reasonable.
I don’t think this is enough. In order to buy a house in America you need 300k. Reps should be paid 80 an hour. They’re the lifeblood of the company.
These white misogynists “leaders” should be taking pay cuts. Including all VPs and Hans.
We will strike if our demands are not met, or intentionally tell customers to switch to T-Mobile.
