I am getting stressed over this. I would rather get some % salary reduction instead of this madness.

I know someone and his company did salary 10% reduction and promise to adjust back to original when things get better. Howerer, the company laid off all offshore team. :(
idk man salary reductions are a damn insult. I'd rather offer to get laid off for severance before that. And they don't really stop there. My last non CVS company did salary reductions then layoffs and didn't return the old salaries.
