I heard from an Aetna medicaid clinical person that their team is safe. They do a little UM, CM and fill a niche no one else does.

Where did you hear that information of "anyone with a rating of 2 and below last year are gone"?

It’s silence across all the depts I work with. Nobody knows anything. Nobody is really working unless it’s due this week. Can’t imagine how much was lost in labor over the last few weeks.

Performance rating of a 2 and below from last year are gone. If you do not have a performance rating due to recent hire, apply apply apply. New hires are low cost layoffs due to low severance. Dependent upon business structure and need, you will be impacted!! Best of luck everyone

I've heard clinical is going to get hit. Not sure to what extent or department. The field communication on talking points, was clear on those customer facing jobs in the stores, pharmacies, and clinics should not be impacted means that everyone else will be.

Case Managers are Toast since there are redundancies with Signify. Get Severance and Move on. There are at least 15 HR Dead head shills monitoring this site.
