Big changes. Such as? DSD exit? Paying people better?
First of all, most DMs are in the the dark just as we are. Very few have any inside information and are just as worried about their position as we are.
As far as exit strategy, I can confirm that you will never be without a job if retail interests you. If anyone is concerned about jobs in this industry, just ask around. Most any company in our industry is just as desperate as us. Do you want to continue to do this ? Absolutely not.
Just go on line and there are endless jobs paying the measly pennies we’re getting paid for the amount of work we are doing.

All DSD companies are hiring if you want to stay in retail. You can always jump to another one. I hope to leave retail
