How much do directors make at Fiserv?
I currently make $150k else where as a director and was thinking of jumping ship

Sounds like you have stars in your eyes and you think you can make a difference, it would be a rocky road for you. They RIFd a few recently and work is being dumped on the remaining Product Owners/strategists.

Product Strategy Director - keep in mind any of your strategies will have to be personally approved by Frank and Guy.
Fiserv Frank has a mandate against strategy. There is no directive from leadership. At all.

So fiserv doesn't do "strategy" at any level, so I'm not sure what you would be directing.
