I'm leaving soon because I no longer have any hopes that things could get better here. It's difficult to convey the extent of the damage the current leadership has done to Verizon. I'm not even sure if that damage is repairable anymore. Thoughts?

It is not our part here to take thought only for a season, or for a few lives of Men, or for a passing age of the world. We should seek a final end of this menace, even if we do not hope to make one.
Why leave? The second you stop caring internally and clock in/clock out your life improves.
Look at what they don’t fire and just do slightly better. As long as you pretend you can coast
I have too much time in this company to leave without that "tap on the shoulder" and a severance package conversation.
I do hope it's just a rumor, but know that history repeats itself.
I was checking this site to see what's new at Ford with job cuts... As a guy who enjoyed many new Ford SUVs, my current Ford Explorer ST will be my last Ford... Too many recalls and Sync malfunctions, etc etc. Once I fix the recalls and Sync... I will sell it this $60k POS... Only has 32,000 miles on it. Already got my plans for GMC or Chevy. Good luck catching up to the competition! Oh... every time I fill up, someone says .... Wow nice look ride man! Then I tell them to avoid it!!!
Yes but luckily for 5k of us, this won't be our problem after next month 🎉
Are you not staying till the end of August and taking severance? It'd be silly at this point NOT to
Their moves to stop the bleeding have been nothing but garbage, the new plan is a huge flop
The damage will not be undone and will lead to bankruptcy. Verizon no longer has the best network is far too far behind T-Mobile. The constant subscriber loss won’t stop anytime soon. This will all be reflected in terrible earn results July 25
