Had a one hour town hall where my VP extolled the great positive results we had on the employee surveys and talked about how team building and in-person meetings were the key to our success. It was like watching a SNL skit.
There are some VPs that made it BUT it is very far and few. For the average AT&T employee, the odds of climbing that ladder is the same as winning the lottery, especially if you are not part of the boys club.
Employees are our Biggest Asset!
