Last year auto was on hiring freeze at this time and layoffs came in November. This year hiring freeze and no backfill and clearly underperforming in multiple area's. Do layoffs typically come in Q4 or is it random?

Firing happene in June and july and January right in sync with mid year and end of year performance reviews. But they can fire at anytime.
