My Plan is the biggest failure ever of Verizon. So called leadership's propaganda and denials of its failure are simply continuations of the lousiest leadership in the wireless service industry. All anybody has to do is simply log on to My Verizon, begin a plan "upgrade" and the math does not lie. These leaders just continue to prove on a daily basis how lousy and inept they are. This lousy leadership is like watching somebody fall down stairs. You can see it happening, but you can't do anything to stop the end result.

Layoffs are Verizon's most successful business model
Everything always leads to more layoffs.
The failure will be the marketing strategy that “we have the best network.”
We don’t. But our prices still reflect it. Give it up. Customers know that we don’t have the best network, and it isn’t a reason customers stay.
Starting to see X months free and get $15 of +play credits for $10. If they keep doing things like that and bundle and save type offers, it may be viable.
Makes me ask myself, is this intentional?
