Ours is changing 10 to 8 and most reps will be closers. We are all pi---d cause it takes away any chance of having a life outside of work unless you are 18 to 24 when life starts late at night. Most of us are applying to new jobs and looking for a way out. Nobody wants this or agrees with it. The reason we got from management is "ATT and Tmobile did it, so we have to or customers that need us to help with their phone issues passed 7pm will get frustrated and take their business to the competitors". So now we have no social life on top of all the bullsh-t we already have to put up with, with sh-t management and upper leadership, bad business models and metrics that sc--w reps from making real money in commission, and no real incentives. This company just becomes more and more terrible by the year.

M-F 10-8. Even though we slow down at 530. Our store sales will take a hit. Hundreds of stores wasting sales time. How many other repeat mistakes have to be made over and over? We already learned the hours lesson... can someone clue Sympath. So d-mb.

We messed up in the past by trying to give our employees time for their families over our money. Big mistake, we must revert quickly as to show the investors we care about money more than our own employees work and life balance. This is surely the correct solution. All of our models even say this is what we need to do. Why would we ever make the mistake of caring for our employees work/life balance.

Just announced officially today. So much for work life balance that they preached about. I get it though the company is not doing great at all. It's to bad though that this is the best idea that they have. It's going to stretch teams so thin that the extra open time will be wasted on payroll and over time. I'm guessing Q2 numbers are going to be really bad but they will of course spin it as a positive. The best we got is raising prices, taking away features and keeping stores open longer. It's not looking good for big red. Talks of individual commission coming back so maybe it's not so bad being open later cause we will actually be able to make money again. YEAH RIGHT they will 100% find a way to sc--w everyone, who's kidding who. Funny also the best thing that they go to stop people being upset about this change is to keep stressing how we spoke and they listened so now we can wear dark jeans. I have yet to find one person that cares or said anything about the color of jeans. Actual circus ran by clowns.

have heard this. Not affected though. They are getting really desperate.

"Sales are down, what can we do? Make better plans? Not divest in to 3 prepaid brands and sell tower space to cable companies our competitors? Nah lets keep the stores open longer"

bunch of goons running this company. Always, two steps forward, three steps back.
