Verizon inclusive battle makes it ok… I lost money per the commission structure change… inclusion fixed it…. We have 3rd party who are making our customer experience horrible….. inclusion fixed that…. Verizon’s making it harder to sell…. Inclusion fixed that… thank you Verizon for deciding that my family doesn’t need money to survive in this ever inflated world… all we need is inclusion.

Because of you, I can never be certain my achievements are because I'm the best or because of my race. People like you work to ensure my children will always live with the same uncertainties.
Are you a minority that subconsciously thinks that people like us are inferior? Maybe you're white and you think I need rescuing. Either way, you're evil.
If you're that concerned about slavery over a century after it was abolished in this country, go to the southern border and fight the human traffickers. There's still a thriving slave trade in east Africa as well. I'm sure anther freedom fighter would be welcome there.

I wonder if part of why things fail, is because of your refusal to accept and stand behind certain things that you have no real reason being upset with. God forbid there are a few underrepresented groups that are given a chance to help with diversity of thought. The whole point is to literally pair their ways of thinking, their experiences, etc. with your ways of thinking and experiences, except half of that duo is now underperforming or upset because of it. Inclusion isn’t the issue, you are at that point. You are 50% of the solution, but 100% of the problem.
Unknown/Undeclared would just be assumed to be white straight men.
The only way I can see to show you don’t want to participate is to update everything to a blank where possible or prefer not to say where you have to answer something.
At some point when enough people are in the “unknown/undeclared” columns for their diversity across the vteam charts it’ll just show how their employees refuse to participate.
If you use race to make a decision then it's racist. Period. Being extra "fair" to someone based on race removes fairness from someone else arbitrarily. We can say the same for s-x too. But then again who can define a woman these days.
DEI ki-led this company. Check the homepage thread about affirmative action. The only people crying were clearly hired and promoted based on specific qualities.
They need to include more money in our paychecks.
