What was the percentage range for salary increase this year?
I believe you will see your salary increase on July 15 paycheck
- 5% of annual salary.
It's not standard. Managers get a pool and distribute at their discretion.
This company should not be handing out any raise's bonus' or any such kind. All this does is put even more pressure on Kyndryl to be even more profitable. This generosity just means the fat cats at the top are going to give themselves a huge payday. They want to portray an image of prosperity for the company. This bump up in salaries assures there will be thinning of the heard.
Is Bonus 2.5% from your annual salary? Not sure if it is same in each country?
Bonus was about 2.5% paid in mid June
Enjoy it while you can. A lot of you will be laid-off. Your a bunch of IBM legacy roll overs. Your salaries are ridiculously high compared to the level of actual job skills a majority of you have. This company will be better off when they shake out the IBM dinosaur's.
