Walk out

So if every employee in the company didn”t show up for one day at same time, what would they do?

targeted surplus employees that take the day off will be terminated for "job abandonment" cause without severance pay. Severance pay is not guaranteed by law. I'm surprised severance was not reduced to one month already.

This company has been good to me for over 20 years. Yeah I don't like the sh**show now, but my integrity does not allow me to do walk out or not try to do a good job every day. You have to live with yourself.

Amazon employees protested. I’m not sure how far it got them though. At least some of them stood up for themselves.

Would love this but as already said difficult to coordinate.

It might have a potential to send a message of protest, but the problem is that it will never happen. First. It's impossible to organize. You simply can't communicate it to everyone without exposing yourself to the leadership that will not take kindly to your efforts. 2. Even if you did, most people will chicken out anyway and just go work. No one wants to risk their jobs without a non retaliation protection like a union strike would have. In other words, it pointless to even worry about that.
