Many posts here say bad things about Wayne. Most are true and he deserves all of them. But he never hit his full strength until Tamla. With her to activate all his evil plans USAA went from not caring about employees to trying hard to scr-w them over.

More like you’re an HR plant. If you really want to know, read more posts, you will find them all over this site. Rude, insensitive, cringeworthy singing religious song at the Xmas party, using Members money on travel (especially when she and her bootlicking BFFs she takes with her everywhere could attend virtually…we did just loose a billion $ and are laying people off) the list goes on. Why would it surprise anybody to hear she’s the one who said to get people to quit so they have to pay less severance or telling AVP they have to PIP a minimum % of each irregardless of their performance?
I'm pretty new to the company and have literally only seen Tamla in one video and my welcome to USAA email. What is so bad about her? Genuinely asking, I truly don't know.
This sounds about right. I noticed a few months after she joined, things went from bad to openly worse.
