A dividend that costs the company 11 billion a year, seems like a nice place to make some adjustments when you are cutting CS roles all across the board in the guise of cost savings.

Cash flow is too strong…ergo layoffs and cutting back on capital spend for 2024
Good point, but to sell a dividend reduction to the street you have have to convince people that the extra funds freed up can accelerate growth. I think current management has proven they've got no growth ideas.
Yeah, gonna have to call bs on this one. Dividends pay the stockholders and allow us to do business. Everyone would be out of a job rather than just who was offloaded. Doesn’t make it hurt less, i know, I’ve been there.
