Bosses who don't know when enough is enough and who always demand more... I'm more than tired of them.
Are they trying to squeeze us or encourage to leave on our own? I've realized that the job here is not worth all the stress.

It’s official I’m suddenly stupid
Ah, a response from the Ivory Tower!
Your perception of the work load in a store is based on what you think not what you know.
JRC investors are satisfied you are putting the lazy people in their places.
Busiest june ever? Lmao why bc you had to do MOS instead of passing it to your keyholder while you eat bagels in the office?
I quit a few weeks ago. Never been happier. Looks like nothing has changed at Follett.
Been around over 18 years. Never have I had a June so exhausting. August will be the end for many I feel.
This will only get worse. Stick to your job descriptions while you look for another position.
The ones who recieved the titles and pay increases need to do their jobs. I know for most it was not their choice, but they accepted.
Make sure you cover your Fanny ina detailed explanation to those above you about the reasons for the departure.
I agree. Now that we have CMMM, CMMM, ML, RM and AR reps above us, all I do is jump through hoops responding to emails because "your response is needed in the next 5 min", or "we are on a conference call and I need an answer now". These requests are for things I used to control myself and know the answer to. Tasks were getting done because I was doing them. Now all I do is answer urgent questions while trying to do all the remaining job duties alone in my store. Add the layer or stuff my scholl demands, it ridiculous. This BS is definitely not worth it. I am outta here ASAP.
