Nerve to blame the employee base for ATT ills, but still wants me to perform until they figure out whether I get the guillotine or not? Nope I am mentally checked out, have fun suits.

Sounds like you got performance issues.
Annoying how top management asks low-level employees for ideas and direction. Stankey's statements about employees is critical and seems to expect the vision and direction of the company to come from the bottom up - while he only focuses on shifting numbers around to report to share holders and protect his bonus. We have no real leadership. And they treat us with disdain so why should we help them?
