The quality of service has become a secondary matter to our leadership. Is it just my feeling or are we rapidly losing customers while the leadership is almost completely indifferent to it? I wish someone would convince me that I am wrong.

Lower your quality of service both on network and through customer support and you lower your results and stock price. Lower quality equals Lower success. Save a buck and cost yourself 3. Hans cost cutting in a nut shell. Long term we saw this coming. Short sighted leadership at its worst. Let me be the 1st to say. I told you so.
So many customer come to the store due to the language barrier of our customer service team. These same people waste out store employees time getting to tier 2 reps that can solve the problem. We get worse daily. Stock will get into the 20s because of my plan and foreign customer service.
I can't wait till the end of this will be our problem anymore at the end of this company. Oh and we only get to keep EPP for like 15 days? Looks like wvz wants to lose us as customers too. Oh well. My service su-ks way too much to even consider staying after the off payroll date occurs and my cell phone bill goes up by over $100...
