Do I get paid more if I bring my "full" self to work? No? Well, then, I shall remain an enigma to my co-workers.
I don’t understand why people all of the sudden want to bring “their whole self to work.” I have friends here that I know personally, but do not care if 95% of the people know everything about me. It’s a job - teammates should be more concerned about doing well, getting paid for it, and not having it dominate their life. Despite what EL says, your work is not your identity, but just a fraction of it
"Hi, my name is S------ and I work as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Instructor and SME at Truist. Truist is a wonderful place to work because I can bring my full self to work. I don't have to hide who I really am. Isn't it wonderful oh yes so wonderful I love working here it is so wonderful I can bring all of myself to work and not have to hide and not be ashamed of who I am!"
I’m certain William and the gang are cheering about this. Sad isn’t it that the ceiling is now 42$ per share. Where is the outrage from the BOD and shareholders. It is mind blowing!
