My second official holiday in 15 years that I won’t be stressed out trying to keep stores full and working 40 hours in 4 days because the RMS refuses me any extra help to account for 5 days of deliveries going in 4 days.
They would always cater to the losers that wait until the day before the holiday to send 500 case orders. This time I’ll be enjoying the Holiday for real and not working a half day as “suggested” just to avoid working 16 hours when I get back. Hahaha suckers enjoy your $100 quarter bonus if you get it. Don’t forget to fill your s’mores displays assuming you haven’t run out of grahams yet. Lol. If you did then fill your holes with chips ahoy and Oreos lmao like you’re told.

You send the deliveries and let them sit. That's what I did, not my problem they can't get merchandisers in there. If they get mad just give them the RMS and DM phone number and tell them that's how they planned the schedule.
I agree but when they won’t give you the Merchandising help what am I to do? Just not send orders?
On holiday weeks only work 32 hrs you giving them a free 8 hrs of work they won't pay u for.
